Delivery in South Africa:

If you place and pay for your order before noon on a business day, we try our best to ship it that day.

If you place and pay for your order after noon we endeavour to ship the order the following business day.

Generally, all orders should be delivered in 1-3 working days after the courier service has collected it the parcel from us but please bear in mind we no longer have control over the delivery period once in the carriers hands. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. 

BraaiBaas™ offers FREE shipping to your door for all orders over +R599. For purchases under R599, an additional delivery fee (see table below) excluding vat will be charged which covers all major South African towns and cities.

***If you live on a farm or any outlying area, please contact us before placing your order to check if we can deliver to your location and/ if an additional delivery fee is applicable for your circumstance.

Please note, BraaiBaas™ will not be held liable for any consequential loss and/ or damage by the carrier. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. BraaiBaas™ will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in good condition.

At BraaiBaas™, we make use of reliable courier service providers. If there is nobody to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number you have provided in your BraaiBaas™ profile upon registration or during checkout. If you cannot be reached, the delivery will be attempted in the following days thereafter. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.
